My Story

My Path to Healing & Empowerment
In the past decade, I have dedicated my practice to sharing yoga, movement, meditation, and holistic healing with people from all walks of life—especially those who may not benefit from conventional approaches. My journey into trauma-sensitive healing began unexpectedly.
Years ago, while supporting a loved one through grief, I witnessed the profound connection between emotional and physical health, and that something beyond mindset change or verbal support is missing. This personal experience opened the door to trauma-sensitive yoga and somatic coaching, transformative modalities that helped me heal and connect to deeper self-love.
I discovered that how past experiences can wire our nervous system, shaping our future, if we are not conscious about its impact on us.
Before,
I thought I need to always achieve 100% to get approval.
I thought I need to be a good, obedient girl to be loved.
I thought I need to be quiet about my true feelings to be safe.
I thought I need to be constantly giving and tolerating to get peace.
And all these thoughts are blocking me from claiming love and power.
Through embodied healing,
I feel that I am inherently perfect,
I no longer feel I need to seek an approval,
I feel deeply connected with all my emotions, ups and downs, which are keys for transformation.
I feel that by being the authentic me, I am loved and empowered.
What began as a tool for my own recovery quickly evolved into a calling: to create safe, compassionate spaces and offer tangible ways where others could experience the same sense of self-connection and freedom.

Why I do What I do
As a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Facilitator and Trainer, trauma-informed embodiment coach, and Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE) Provider, my mission is to empower individuals to rediscover their inner source of strength and safety. I believe in creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and safe enough to embrace their own healing journeys.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, inclusive approach, serving individuals navigating chronic pain, mental health recovery, and life’s many challenges. I am committed to helping my companions reconnect with their bodies, cultivate self-love, and develop practical tools for self-care and resilience. It brings me profound joy to witness fellow seekers uncover their inner strength and reclaim a sense of wholeness.
My role is not to fix or save but to guide and support—helping each person tap into their unique capacity for healing and growth. I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel grounded, fully accepted, and empowered to live as their authentic selves.

“I want my companions to feel they are loved, fully accepted, and empowered to embrace their true selves.”

My Approach
Fusing Structure with Intuition & Embodiment
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel accepted and empowered to explore self-love and healing at their own pace. I believe that each person carries the wisdom and strength they need within their bodies, and my role is to serve as a guide, offering practical tools and gentle direction. I’m here to support each person’s journey, not as an authority, but as an agent of transformation, guiding and walking alongside them.
In my practice, I blend structured, trauma-sensitive embodiment methods with intuitive guidance, allowing each session to adapt to the unique needs of my companions. My goal is to foster an environment of trust, clarity, and inclusivity where everyone feels free and safe to be their authentic selves. By balancing grounded, reliable support with flexibility and warmth, I strive to help others find their own path to healing and self-acceptance.
