Community Engagement & Collaboration

Bringing Trauma-Informed Healing
to Local Communities
I believe in the power of collective healing. While everyone deserves to feel whole and healthy, not everyone has equal access to the tools and knowledge that support this. That’s why I collaborate with NGOs, schools, and community organisations to offer trauma-informed yoga, TRE, and body-based self-regulation practices to those who might not otherwise have the opportunity.
My approach is inclusive and adaptable—whether I’m working with students, parents, educators, caregivers, or individuals in recovery, I tailor each session to meet their unique needs. Through accessible movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness, I support people in reclaiming the wisdom of their bodies in a way that is both safe and systematic.
Collaborating with 0rganisations
I work with organisations, institutions, and schools to provide trauma-informed training and support in two key areas:

Emotional Health
Supporting emotional regulation and processing through movement, somatic coaching and education.

Physical Wellness
Body-based practices for pain care, stress relief and physical well-being.
My work is offered in two main formats:
1. Agency & Organisational Training
Equipping institutions with the skills to integrate trauma-informed practices into their work.
2. In-School Small Group Work
Providing direct, hands-on support for students or staff in a structured, safe environment.

Inclusive & Practical For All
This work is accessible to all abilities and backgrounds—whether you're a practitioner, educator, healthcare provider, or simply looking to support others. Trauma-informed care is broadly applicable and can enhance the way we approach well-being across different settings.
To empower individuals beyond sessions, I provide workbooks and manuals with home-care routines, offering practical tools to manage pain, regulate emotions, and build resilience in their own time. Everything I share is designed to foster independence, self-trust, and long-term well-being.
Below you'll find some examples of home-care routines that I share with people in my seminars and workshops. Participants receive these documents to take home and practice themselves.
Foundation: Nervous System & DNS
At the heart of my approach is a focus on the nervous system, which plays a vital role in how we are programmed to move, feel, and respond to life. The state of our nervous system directly influences the depth and sustainability of our healing.
Through Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS), I help individuals reclaim natural movement and postural patterns that support long-term wellbeing. By focusing on nervous system regulation, I support people in managing emotions and stepping into their full potential.
All materials I provide are consciously structured and easy to follow, allowing individuals to confidently integrate these practices into their daily lives.
How We Can Work Together
If you represent a school, non-profit, or community organization, I’d love to explore how we can bring these tools to your group. Depending on your needs, I offer:
✔ Workshops & Classes – One-time or recurring sessions for students, staff, or community members
✔ Specialized Training – Equipping educators, caregivers, and professionals with trauma-informed movement tools
✔ Custom Programs – Designed to support at-risk youth, foster families, individuals in recovery, and other specific groups in their healing journeys through somatic-based practices—especially in cases where talking alone may not be appropriate or sufficient to address the underlying issues.
My team and I are happy to discuss a tailored approach that works for your organization. Let’s create something meaningful together.

Why This Work Matters
I know that stress, trauma, and mental health challenges affect so many people, often in ways that aren’t always visible. For many, these struggles are met with a lack of accessible support.
Through these workshops, I offer:

Tools for
Self-Regulation
Simple yet powerful practices that help people manage and alleviate pain and stressors in daily life

A Safe,
Inclusive Space
No prior experience is needed; each session is designed to be accessible and welcoming.

Long-Term
Impact
When caregivers, educators, and social workers receive these tools, they can also bring them into their communities.
If you’re interested in bringing trauma-informed movement and healing to your community, let’s talk. I’d love to collaborate and create something that truly serves the people who need it.
