My Approach

A Holistic Approach to Healing
My work is grounded in a deep respect for the connection between the body, mind, spirit, and earth. I believe that healing is a personal, non-linear journey that requires safe, supportive spaces where each individual can reconnect with their inner wisdom. My approach focuses on empowering my companions to reclaim a sense of wholeness through body-centered, trauma-informed practices.
Safety, Empowerment,
& Self-Discovery
Creating safety is at the core of my philosophy. Whether it’s through trauma-sensitive yoga, TRE, or somatic coaching, my aim is to provide environments where individuals feel secure enough to explore their emotions and sensations without judgment. This approach prioritises the body’s innate wisdom, recognising that each person’s healing process is unique.
In my practice, empowerment means helping my companions rediscover their agency and resilience. By offering practical tools and compassionate support, I guide people as they build self-trust, overcome challenges, and embrace their authentic selves.

Healing Through
Authentic Relationships
Healing is not something I do for you—it is a co-creation. My role is to walk beside you, offering tools and guidance as you navigate your own path. There is no hierarchy here—no teacher and student, no healer and healed—only companions walking each other home.
This is why I call my clients companions. We are all the same, each of us discovering, remembering, and reclaiming the wisdom that has always been within. My work is about equal power dynamics, creating a space where you don’t need to perform, prove, or be anything other than yourself. Through mutual respect, trust, and shared exploration, I guide people towards the innate wisdom of their own bodies, offering the knowledge I have while honouring the intelligence already present in you.
In this space, healing happens in connection—with yourself, with others, and with the deeper truth of who you are.
Unfolding Your Body’s Wisdom
I deeply believe in the body’s role as a teacher and healer. Using somatic practices, we engage with the body as a partner in healing, recognizing its signals and learning to trust its guidance. At the heart of my approach is a focus on the nervous system, which plays a vital role in how we are programmed to move, feel, and respond to life. The state of our nervous system directly influences the depth and sustainability of our healing. Whether through movement, breathwork, or DNS exercises, I ensure companions walk away with tools for self-regulation, deeper self-awareness, grounding, and inner peace.
Every session is a co-creative experience that blends structured techniques with intuitive adjustments, ensuring that the process aligns with your needs, values and goals.

An Integrated Approach
My approach combines evidence-based methods with the depth and intuition of spiritual practice. From trauma-sensitive yoga to functional movement and neuromuscular rehabilitation, my work is rooted in scientific principles. At the heart of my approach is a focus on the nervous system, which plays a vital role in how we are programmed to move, feel, and respond to life. Sustainable changes can only take place in a regulated nervous system. At the same time, I incorporate spiritual elements like ancient teachings of yoga philosophy and ayurveda, mindfulness, and reflective practices to address healing on all levels—physical, emotional, and energetic.
This balance allows me to support my companions with practical tools while nurturing the deeper, intangible aspects of their growth.
What is 'Somatic'?
"Somatic" simply means of the body. In somatic practices, we include the body as an active part of healing—not just a passive vessel, but a wise, living system that holds memories, emotions, and the residue of our life experiences.
In trauma healing, this is especially important. Trauma isn’t just something that happened in the past—it’s something that continues to live in the body when left unresolved. That’s why talking alone isn’t always enough. The nervous system might still be holding onto patterns of protection like tension, shutdown, or vigilance, even when the mind understands it’s no longer in danger.
Somatic work helps us gently reconnect with the body’s signals in a safe and empowered way. Through movement, breath, and embodied awareness, we begin to build a relationship with the body based on listening and trust. This approach supports the release of held tension and allows for real transformation—not by force, but by meeting ourselves where we are, moment by moment.
