現場/Zoom同步上課(課後提供14天錄影觀看期) 混合程度:適合具一年或以上瑜珈練習經驗的練習者,和想提升教學技巧的導師 語言:粵語和英語(根據需要提供支援)。 功能瑜珈工作坊 
功能瑜珈工作坊每次將集中於一個主題,讓參加者在一天裡,深入了解特定主題的練習細節,以致如何讓瑜珈動作調整至適合自己的身體結構。無論你是新手練習者,還是正在教學的導師,都非常適合參加。 功能瑜珈結合傳統瑜珈的智慧和現代的人體科學,包括動態神經肌⾁穩定技術(DNS)、神經科學、運動解剖學等,通過系統化的教學,協助練習者重啟人體大腦和肌⾁本身運作的程式,幫助學員以最安全有效的發力方式去伸展和鍛鍊,啟動核心穩定功能,建立良好的肌肉習慣,預防疼痛。 八月主題:手臂和核心 ✔ 手臂、手掌和核心的運動力學-了解這些身體部位在運動中的作用和應有功能 ✔ 穩定性和力量-探索增強手臂和核心穩定性和力量的鍛鍊方法 ✔ 呼吸與調整-了解不同的呼吸模式如何影響雙臂和核心的功能 ✔ 體位法與整合-了解肩膀、雙臂、核心在雙手需負重的瑜珈姿勢中應如何發力和擺位 *如你手腕、手掌受傷尚未康復,或手掌無法負重,不宜參加此工作坊,以免受傷。 課程安排: * 10:00-12:45 早上練習:發展性動作、啟動技巧 * 12:45-14:00 午餐時間 * 14:00-17:00 下午練習:體式練習細節、個人化調整 詳情 - 地址:新蒲崗雙喜街1號安田中心16樓1602室 (屯馬線鑽石山站A2出口步行4分鐘) - 日期:2025年8月9日星期六 - 時間:上午 10:00 至下午 5:00(午休時間:下午 12:45 至 2:00) 學費: 常規: 港幣$1280 6月7日工作坊連訂優惠:港幣 $1960 無法親身出席?可以選擇網上Zoom參加或觀看錄影,提供 14 天觀看期。 預約課堂: 請點擊「立即預訂」以預約您在本次工作坊上的名額, 或WhatsApp +852 55430303向課程統籌報名。

Participant Conduct We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during the session/class/event. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session/class/event without a refund.
